My New Batteries

Bought them this night and went on soldering them immediately(I was just curious)....It was my first time soldering cells together and it was hard in very first cells but last cells were pretty easy to solder though....I'll charge them tomorrow to see what these beautiful batteries have ... : D
A little bit heavy huh? :D

My New Radio !

I got it about a month ago and used it for 4 times,all I can say is that it is the best radio ever...It weights nearly 1 kg but it doesn't matter when I'm concentrated while drifting...

HPI Nissan GT-R

HPI's releasing two versions of Nissan GT-R ;
Nissan R35 GT-R Spec V :

Nissan R35 GT-R Version NISMO:

They are off course not so impressive like Tamiya's GT-R but they have pretty good looking...I think HPI is improving it's quality in producing bodies ...

Skipped Belt and Worn Out Pulley

Two days ago I went to drift with my friends at a new parking lot..Surface was not so good , many small stones were covered the road and grip was not good at all.I set up a small track and we started drifting.After first battery pack has finished I changed the battery with a charged one and started drifting again....The car suddenly started having oversteer very much and at the same lap I saw that front wheels were not turning.Like I expected the belt was skipped and the pulley was worn out by a small gravel particle.

Today's Report

Today I went to practice with my friend...My chassis was TA05 of course and my friend's chassis was a TB03 which is slightly modified...I set up a more complex track compared to previous tracks to test the TB03.I am totally shocked that my TA05 was very good today...I tested the car with two different battery packs,first with heavier 4600mah then with lighter 3600mah;This test showed me that my driving style prefers to drift a heavier car.Heavier car feels a little bit more settled in and I love the chassis to stick on the ground..Second test of the day with my TA05 was using HPI's T-Drift Falken Replicas;At first glance the car was way more responsive than the original T-Drifts which lead to an increased angles at switch-backs and in between corners..After a couple of laps I don't know why but the car was just like when it was with the original T-Drifts.This may be because of the tires got heated or I just got used to them....After all I did like the increased angle and the use of more counter-steering but I'm not going to USE them anyways ..These was about the TA05 but there was another test I did.....

TB03(T-Drift,Checkpoint Money 19T ); It was the most responsive car I have ever drifted....Lots of turning made the driving hard to get used but in a few laps I got used very much to the car that driving the TA05 afterwards came strange to me...To sum up TB03 has the potential to be a very good drift car if it has soft springs...

It was a good day :D

Tamiya's New Stickers

Tamiya's newest stickers(not counted the TB03D decals as they only come with the kit) have arrived to me.Item number 84033,Marking Sticker ( Tribal Flame,Chrome) is the same as what I used on my RX7 but it is now chrome...I'll use one set on my coming drift racer body.....Tamiya's other newest sticker ,84035 Flex Sticker s(Carbon Pattern) also came with these...Both are super quality and I have got 2 sets both....
